1. Sending flowers is appropriate at all times. They’re fail proof!

2. You can call ahead. We don’t arrange your order until the time of delivery. That way the flowers will be as fresh as possible. So if you call ahead, it means we can be better prepared, but it doesn’t mean we do the arrangement then.

3. You don’t have to know much about flowers to order them. In fact, just ask to leave choices up to our designers and you’ll be fine.

4. You can order by flower choice or by budget. If you tell us how much you have to spend, we can tell you what your arrangement will be like. And we have things in all budget sizes!

5. Consider the season. Flower prices vary according to the time of year. While we can get any flower you want, seasonal flowers will be less expensive.

6. When choosing an arrangement from our website, please remember that we will always try to deliver it exactly as pictured, but sometimes we will have to substitute, especially if a flower is not in season or if you want delivery immediately and we are out of stock. The product will still be up to value but it may appear slightly different than pictured.

7. When you order flowers, be prepared with the recipient’s name, correct address, and telephone number. We can’t deliver without that info!
