Hello! My name is Joanne LeFrancois. My husband, sons, and I are the proud owners of LeFrancois’ Floral and Gifts. We’ve been in business since 1995, but I worked in flower shops for many years before we owned our own. That background gave me considerable experience in the flower industry that I bring to my own shop.

We are a family owned, neighborhood, full service florist with commitment to offer only the finest flowers and gifts. Our ethics and philosophy may be the traditional, valued sort, but our designs are as fresh and contemporary as you want them to be. We are not a chain. We are not a supermarket. That allows us to be as creative as we want and also allows us to prepare and take care of your flowers like they should be treated.

Deliveries to other areas, including international orders, may be made by arrangement by calling the shop in advance. Delivery prices vary according to distance. Our shop is normally open from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. We are closed on Sunday. When we are especially busy, we are in the shop for extended hours, and you might be able to reach us after normal business hours.

Orders for within the United States must be received before 1:00 p.m. in the recipient’s time zone to assure same day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.

We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at the time you specify, but we cannot guarantee this.

Except for weddings and funerals, we are unable to make deliveries on Sundays. Deliveries requested for Sunday will be delivered the following business day.

For area deliveries, we call the recipient before delivering. If the recipient does not answer, we leave a message to call the shop to arrange delivery. We will not just leave flowers at the address unless told to do so.

We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the internet.

There is no minimum charge or delivery charge for in store pick ups.

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
